Recently Diana has had the opportunity to work as a Lighting Designer for the State Theatre Ithaca. Interfacing with artists on productions day of, Diana has gained experience busking on ETC Ion family consoles working with an almost fully conventional rig. Working primarily rock events, she has worked to provide audiences with an energetic atmosphere that allows the public to enjoy their event to the fullest. Notably, Diana recently lit Shakey Graves on their tour stop in Ithaca.
Thanks to live busking experience as well as high school and collegiate experience, Diana has significant knowledge programming on ETC EOS family consoles using functions such as MIDI and TCP control, controlling multi parameter fixtures, networked systems and more. Diana also has basic experience working on GrandMA2 Consoles.
Diana has years of experience working professionally as an electrician. Diana has worked in countless spaces including professional theaters, high schools, universities, live events and more. Diana also has significant experience in the repair and maintenance of moving lights, lighting consoles, power distribution and cabling.
Diana has recent experience working in plots, including in Vectorworks 2024/2025 to create plans and prepare to mount productions. Diana has experience and proficient knowledge in Lightwright, Vectorworks Spotlight and other important documentation to the production process.
